Customer service of idea is worse they do not listen to problem properly and just saying after 2-3 days your problem will get solved but nothing happen. I recharge my number with 3G pack last month but after recharging, my number is not registering on 3G network I called customer care and told them my problem but they just said that after 3 days your problem will solved but I still face that problem so I again called them I got same reply and after that my plans validity expired. They just give you the date but never resolve your problem. The plans of idea are also very costly. I am still using this network because its coverage is good but I will not recommend this network to anyone.
