Idea used to be the very best telecom network but somehow as idea got more subscribers it also reduces the benefits for its subscribers in terms of everything. Nowdays there is no proper networks esp in rural areas, customer service is very poor, I have a prior experience with them when nobody solve my query also they used to activate VAS without customer knowledge and keep on deducting balance. All I want to say that Idea could do better than other telecom operators if only he focus on his services rather then making market.
