Idea is one of the popular and biggest network service provider. I am using it since one year and very much disappointed with its packs. it is too high as compared to others. Although it provides good network in villages as well as in cities but the internet speed is very low i.e on 3G it gives nearly about 40kbps speed. how can anyone works at this speed. and what to say about idea 4G. it is worst. Firstly you cannot get 4G network in rural areas and in urban areas 4G speed is very low. We can compare this 4G speed of idea with 2G speed of other network service providers. And we are paying too much high amount for internet packs for such a slow speed. Some of the time the network suddenly goes off when we are on call. and tge customer service is worst, they do not listen to customer's problem at all.So it is damn irritating sometimes and totally disappointing.
