Good idea to have Idea . Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I am pretty **happy **with performance and services given by Idea cellular .

I am using the Idea cellular in **Maharashtra and Goa telecom circles **from last 15 months .

*@ Network Coverage*

It is having very good network coverage in this telecom circles which I am experancing from last 2 years .Having good voice clarity  in pick hours also. If any persons wants to reach you and if he is using public telephone to call you then also it is not tough if you are having Idea connection .So performance is also good in pick period.

*@  Service to Customers .

*Idea help-line is always busy its very tough to reach Idea for general customers.

Since I am holding corporate account I am not facing this situation .They are having different helpline for corporate customers which serves properly to corporate customers and gives fast and smart reply to them .

They are treating Corporate customers differently.

There customer service staff is also trained and serves well to its customers .

*@  Billing -

* There are lots of modes with which you can pay your bill. This is advantage to you mostly if you are using it in big cities like Pune .

They have charged me correctly till date and heard same thing from other Idea customers.

I am  crosschecking  my bill as I am getting the bill customized i.e  per call .

Just few days back they introduced facility of Idea portal with which you can pay the bill through web .With  this added advantage is change your personal information which includes personal billing address,  mail id, secondary contact number etc. If  you want to change your billing plan that also can be done through web portal .This facility is like having your own account(like e-mail)

You can recive your bills soft-copy on your mail id .

*miscellaneous

*They are sending lots of promotional sms which is defiantly headache.They requested customers to send 1 sms of particular format to Idea to not receive such kind of stuffs but this not guarantees  that you will not receive those sms  .

Rest all is fine with Idea .
