Idea is one of the oldest and trusted telecom giant in India and that is exactly why I ported to idea from an another sim. But it didnt took me very long to know that my idea to change to idea was a bad decision.
All the funtions of a telecom service are directly or indirectly related to the coverage/network it is able to attain be it the calling clearity or the internet speed. Which I the worst in idea. Trust me I live in a Crowded city area and many of my friends using this network are facing the same problem. And it is also the reason for their internet being so slow in the area.
Many have reported this problem to the customer service but still they havent came up with any permanent or significant solution.
The charges look low but they cost us indirectly giving less talktime and things. Hence we have to go to take a topup very frequently.
