From one of my friends. I got to know that Idea is economical as compare to other mobile operators. Hence, brought this one to save my money while talking with friends without tension .
But what I heard was totally opposite of what I experienced. I hardly used the number for a month, as this time was enough for such poor services. During my use, most of the time network was unavailable to my phone. I left even expecting its signals in the high height buildings or basements as on normal floor it was tough to get its network signals.
The company itself activated my caller tune plan, even chosen the songs at their end. Even after complaints, nothing happened.
I had poor experience with them, will never use Idea. Even when someone will give me it Free of cost.
