Previously, I was using Airtel but recently before 5 months ago I am using Idea Mobile Operator because the charge for local and STD price is less as compared to Airtel.
That is why my son suggested me to use idea SIM and Idea Mobile Operator so that billing should come low. But after using from last 5 months I realized that billing which I am getting from Idea Mobile Operator is less as compared to previous mobile operator I was using but one thing is worst that most of the time network got disconnected whenever I talked with my son or relatives in my home.
Hence, I have to go outside in the open ground near my house to get the network coverage of Idea Mobile Operator. This is pissing me off and make me angry. and even I told about this problem to customer service but till now it is same. I request people not to use Idea Mobile Operator because it will disconnect your phone while calling and using internet in your home because of low network coverage.
