I bought a postpaid connection of Idea with a default 3G plan, but they charged me Rs 2, 000 for using the internet.
When I asked them the reason they said sir you 1Gb limit was over and the charges are for extra usage. I said that I was still left with 400 mb data to reach my 1GB limit, but they simply couldn’t understand.
I didn’t pay them and they realized their mistake after three months. I then used the port facility after I had to change my city for some reasons. I ported my number to Idea only, but I couldn’t make an ISD call as they recognized me as a new customer and asked me to wait for 90 days before making an ISD call.Idea sucks!
