Shame on you birla's. I tried to online recharge of my aunt's mobile I recharged it for INR 200 /- and it didn't reflected in to her a/c. upon inquiring to customer care came to know that they 200 INR is used for
free call to idea to idea phone what a pathetic customer care it is.
Just they have brought goonda's in to customer care. he said he cannot convert that to normal recharge. well website didn't mention any thing about its a idea to idea phone free recharge.
we don't have any other idea phone to talk for 15 days free. so its pure cheating by these thugs.
don't ever get idea service they are just cheaters and their n/w is also not good.
when ever you try to do online recharge they don't mention about the what service that is for
they just take money and apply what ever service they thing.
Worst ever I have seen. Online recharge they just ask to enter 1..1000 number you enter they take your money and apply whatever scheme they like. Please stay away from these thugs.
