I have taken a new pre-paid connection from Shivam Idea Bavdhan. Worst service ever! Don't go for it. Executive has taken money for First Recharge, but did not even refill even after calling more than 25 times. Very Arrogant and unprofessional.
When I complained about this to Idea Customer care they also refused to help. Even Customer care Executive was avoiding to look into the issue.
