I have been using Idea for an year now. Initially there was good service + coverage. Not things have changed. Specially after I opted for National Roaming and travelled to different places. I had coverage problems everywhere.
Rude replies from customer care. Only assurances , no work.
Things like this are common.
It makes no sense now to pay higher for low service. It was Ok about 6 months ago when the service was better.
I had problems where in I wasnt able to make or recieve , a call or SMS . so it made no sense to carry a mobile when it shows coverage but doesnt work.
Moreover they have now blamed it on Reliance with whom they have a tie up. According to Idea they are not responsible for the service when a person is on roaming. I wonder how can they charge the person then..
The bill topped everything. Charged for SMS which didnt go at all.
I want to get rid of that hopeless idea at the earliest. Friends suggest some good operator. I am in the Maharashtra circle.
