To all the readers, before jumping onto any conclusion of deciding what's best for you do take time to read my whole review and I am sure you will not re grate it.
I am a visiting lecturer by profession, and have been using using this carrier for almost a decade in Gujarat. I what you might be thinking at this stage that, "if he is using it he is here to convince us for joining to his network", which is completely wrong. I think being a user of any product makes one responsible for sharing his honest ideas and experiences for it.
Hence, I take the opportunity to share my feeling for IDEA's companionship with me throughout years.
it is not the history that has impressed me, the cutting edge technology and revolution in providing a perfect solution for communication to the end users. The competitors always market about their signal strength, availability of towers in the, whatsoever, area, their user friendly packs and bla bla bla. Whereas, idea has never been involve in marketing any such areas of technical glitch. Do you know why? it is not their cup of tea, as the foundation of'Idea cellular' was established on a widespread scale to make sure the customers don't face the problem which it competitors are advertising for, now. This gives Idea an Edge over it opponent business players.
Gujarat is well know around the world, not recently due to Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi., but for the attitude the Gujaratis carry with them. Any Gujarati would make sure and tally for any investment done from his part, doesn't matter even if it is as small as matchbox. Idea has been very keen in understand this behaviour of locals and has the highest coverage in the state compare to any other provider. This clearly indicates the catering of people at IDEA CELLULAR is public driven and mainly focus on needs of people from region to region.
For today's generation life revolve around mobile phone making them highly dependable on service providers of internet on the go. IDEA saw the opportunity long before any other provider could realise. Hence, the speed that Idea offers on 2G is far better than providers like BSNL, Airtel on 3G in Gujarat.
So, anyone willing to go for mobile operator it should be IDEA
