I don't like idea because its a very fraud type of operator and it disappointed me many times because of several reasons. One day I was just using my internet and they deducted my balance so I checked my data plan but there was still 450MB in my balance so I tried to call idea care, first of all they took so long to pick my call after that I explained them about my problem and they said sir its not our problem you have clicked somewhere, and I was watching videos on youtube but customer care guy was so rude and denied everything and said can not refund your money. Network is also not good, I was experiencing very bad speed of 3g it was like 2g, sometimes signals disappears automatically. Customer care guys was so rude and have no manners, how to talk to customers. In tariff and plans wise idea is so behind from other operators, first all other operators changes their plans and after them idea makes changes to compete with them and to save its customers from port out. Idea never tries to provide different plan other than other operators
