It has been over 11 days since I submitted my documents for shifting away from IDEA but the service is not deactivating my numbers for others to activate it. I dont want IDEA and want to get away from it but still it seems they will hound me and my number. They cant provide good service to keep the customer hence they resort to such tactics to retain us.
The guys sitting in the stores are anyway idiots and never bother to respond to our quires, My whole family uses Idea numbers but now we all have decided to port out as a couple of my friends have also told us that IDEA is deactivating sims and is allotting the number to other customers before we can port out.
