Idea Number HACKED!!!!!!!!. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

Sounds impossible but its true that idea number is been hacked.my idea number which I have been using past 3 yrs got hacked last week.i got to know when I lost my balance completely.i thought it might be by mistake a pack have been activated.

But I was SHOCKED when I saw an alert that my last call duration was bla bla bla.and my balance got deducted .when I checked the last dialled numbers there were no numbers to which I had called since 1 hour but when I checked the log I saw there were all ISD calls been made through my number and all unknown numbers obviously.

I called up customer care but they did not take up any action telling that it's not possible that some one else can use my simcard or clone the simcard.then for not getting involved in any of illegal activities, i registered a police complaint, the police people asked me to go to the main branch of idea, there also they just took a normal complaint and still have not reacted to the complaint.i also showed them the proof that only the log contains the numbers and not the dialled numbers but they never took the issue seriously.

Again one more instance such happened that I received a message and when I was about to read it suddenly I saw that there were no new messages when I saw the INBOX the message received was already read. That clearly gave me the idea that the messages etc where also being received and read by the hacker also. it's been a week still there has'nt been any action taken by the idea people.Really idea service is Pathetic.
