I used this network operator, provides poor service.call drops are a major problem even though we have full signal strength.
Especially in rural areas too much network problem is there.the idea team should focus on expanding the tower in rural areas and customer service is also not good improvement is required. Idea call charges also heavy compared to other networks they do not provide any offers internet offers also high cost. so friends don't buy idea sim.
