Network: - idea network is not good network because of it gives very slow speed in 4g network nearby 255 kbps, 300, 33, 66 , like this the upwording, and downwording, keep going on, other bad thing of it , it deducts the balance in vein which I never like its bad thing. I made my number port in one another componey.Custumer services: - its custumer services are all very bad they didnt give the exact information about the deduction and bad network, and plan keep giving on different information to me on every different call to custumer exective different information , totaly they make confuse that what is the exact prob. So I dont like. Charging and billingThey chargers the custumer in calling and net using extra, like in roaming, never go for it.
