Buying Idea is not a good idea. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I have IDEA prepaid connection since a year now.....and these are some of the problems that I have faced -

1. No network coverage in half of the areas in Delhi and Noida

2. Even if there is a network coverage, the phone will be nit reachable.

3. When you call the customer service...you are connected in 45 mins atleast and since they dont put u on hold you need to call up again and again and again.........

4. Once u r connected to the agent....he/she does not speak English and has no IDEA what u r talikng about....and if you ask them to connect u to the supervisor they very conveniently disconnect your phone.

5. So now u need to call again and connect to the supervisor who is least interested in knowing abt the companits...and gives u some free offer as if he is doing a favor.

After all this, lot of u must be wondering why do I still have an IDEA.....well because I cant change my number (too many important people have it)....and hopefully next year government will start the facility of same number in a different service
