Idea is one of the best networks in India in terms of network coverage. There are only few remote places where Idea network s not available. But to be frank idea network is not that good when it comes to dealing with people.
There is a mix of customer service agents some are good while some behave like they are the boss. I have a instance where one CS agent took more than 30 minutes to DIG UP details of transactions. Couple of other agents took only 30 seconds. By the way these calls might have avoided if their balance notification system was perfect.
Now regarding the IVR system - Just stop changing the menu and direct IVR number on daily basis. It is not a security code. It is a service which should be helping us.
