Idea not a good operator. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I have been using idea postpaid service since last 6 month but not satisfied with the services.

I am mentioning some of the point below that would find helpful for others to not to go with idea services:

1. The network of idea is fine but only with limited to cities or pos areas, if you are going to some rural area or outside the city it won't work.

2. As I am using idea postpaid services but not satisfied with the billing process. It is not define if you will not check in detail.

3. Postpaid roaming plan is also not satisfactory as you have to pay rs. 75 for one month service. No daily or weekly romaing plan available.

4. Customer care operator behavior is not good while ask to detail out the plans and processes or any other assistant.

I dont recommend to go for idea
