I am using idea mobile operator from last two months and I am totally fed up with that . Its network are so bad that you cant even use internet properly . I am living in delhi and every day while using metro there were no network in my mobile . At that time I m unable to use my internet . Coustmer service is also not so good . You have to wait for hours to chat with the coustmer care excutive . I am using prepaid sim , many time they cut unneccessary charges . So now I am planning to port my operator into airtel .
