In last week ( Sept. 2012) I have received a call from idea turbhe Office (022-671173**) for converting my idea prepaid number into post paid billing. They have told attractive schemes and collected the necessary documents and Rs. 100 as activation charge.
One week after that, they have discontinued my earlier number. now if I called them for any update they are not giving proper answers. Now even they are not picking up my phone. This is very pathetic service by IDEA.
My sincere request to all of you is not to opt for such a third class telecom service provider. IDEA is cheating the customers by this way.
