I'm kerala idea customer
I have been calling more than 5 times this week itself to your customer care.n they are very reluctant in answerin.
I'm using your idea network for more than 4 years.n all my family members 4 of us are using your idea network only.
Today morning I've callin u for more than 10 times but either dey don't answer at all or dey cut the call in between.pls let some sensible executive of ur's to call n enquire me about the issue.if not let me know the procedure for port so that all 4 of us change to a service who can atleast fulfill customers needs.
