Idea is not good its 4G network is also bad tower problem it has not tower it is better before the Reliance JIO .it have a call divert problem .

customer services is good It is helpful to consumer and send consumer problem to its chief officers.
CHARGES AND BILLING
idea take more charges if you use internet
without internet pack with only talktime rupee it will take more charges .
