Idea mobile operator is one of the worst network operator
It is my personal experience and I am an idea subscriber from 1 year and I have face several problem Network coverage is really too worst not only in my locality every were in asansol it is very difficult to get good signel strength in idea .
During call quality of voice is too bad it very difficult to understand what someone telling.
Many time call does not connected wether it is an both are ide user.
Several time I have to face call droup during call .
The call rate is quite good but the quality service is not providing by them.
The internet speed is really too slow.
I can't able to opne a single page some time it take long time to open .and downloading speed is worst
If I want to download song the I have to wait for 15 min for a single song .
What a worst network sir ji
Same problem in idea 3G or , 4G no different from 2G network .
It is really worst network ever .and customer care service is also really too bad they never want to hear your problem .they always say everything is OK from here thank you to call in idea .wether your problem solved or not.
