Very bogus.Migration from postpaid to prepaid is pending since 5 days. no one is ready to listen, such an sarkari culture here.
Duffer staff, dont know even how to speak and behave. they would not pic your call in the name of delivering service. I port out of BSNL in search of better service but now I think that BSNL is far better than idea. . now thinking of again join bsnl and want to port out from idea. now its upto you what your call
