I don't like writing bad reviews for anyone.but these time they have crossed all limits. I am talking about IDEA MOBILE OPERATORS.
I stay at shirpur(dhule district).I wanted to convert my prepaid plan to postpaid plan.first I contacted idea customer care and asked them about the procedure for the same. they just used to tell me to stay on line and within a few seconds the call used to automatically gets disconnected.i might have called 5 6 times then I got the proper response that to when I scolded them and told about consumer complaints.
They told me to submit the documents to nearest idea outlet and I did so on the same day as it was a bit urgent for me.they told your prepaid will get disconnected in 24 hours and the postpaid will be activated in next few minutes.The prepaid got deactivated in 24 hours but I waited for almost 10 hours and after that postpaid was activated.i missed various important call in that time span
isnt that a ultra slow service.
