Friends I have had a horrible experience with Idea in past five days. I was using Jio but I switched to Idea as they were offering same plan at low cost. But my experience has been very bad.
There is no signal wherever I go. No signal in colleges, theaters and even gardens. When I called the customer care to tell them this, they didn't evem entertain. They said it is due to my phone but I told them I'm using the latest phone i.e. oneplus 5 and this was not happening for jio.
The person did not say anything and disconnected the phone. This is disappointing because they called me ten times a day for porting my number to Idea but now do not give proper service. Better take another service like vodafone or airtel
