I switched to idea from a different operator by MNP, because I wasnt getting good coverage in former one. Idea does have a better coverage than few of the providers in market but it certainely isnt the best one. Losing signals happens a lot.
Sometimes I get low signal bars and when I make a call at that time, I can barely hear the other person on the phone. Because the voice keeps cutting off.
It isnt cheap either, its data plans are quite costly. After the introduction of jio, it hasnt done much to compete with it either.
Full talktime offers are also costly compared to others.
Also, since I have done MNP, apparently I cant get 4g services.
Idea is slacking in the competition. It better tkae steps quickly or it will lose customers.
