Switched to Idea after almost 3 years of Vodafone. Vodafone has its own issues of pathetic customer care. But Idea takes it a notch higher.
I got billing done for an extra month even after disconnection. They nullified the bill only after I logged a complaint. The network is pathetic to say the least and forget if you have a data pack. They are advertising big on 4G, but honestly even getting even a proper 3G connection is a challenge in itself. The amount of call drops I faced in Idea was the highrst ever. Not even f* ucking uninor can beat it here and they are the worst in this business.
My advise is to spend more on your network reach and connectivity rather than creating creative advertisements. Ads can get you only so far. So IDEA users ko no ullu banoying, no ullu banoying.
