Idea mobile operator is one of the worst mobile operator I have ever used. If you are thinking to use idea mobile operator for internet so yoo are thinking wrong because you will get idea 3G network almost everywhere but the internet speed will be worst which you can get.
I used idea mobile operator thats why I am sharing my experience with you , you will find that call rates are higher than other cellular companies , even the internet packs are also costly.
Customer support is really pathetic. Sometime they usr to deduct the money from your main balance and when you talk to customer service execitive so he will tell you that you have activated this service whether you have avtivated or not so guys from my side I won't recommend to use idea mobile operator.
