Idea it change your world??. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

I was a fan of idea service & coverage in Delhi. At first started to use the prepaid but with later on I converted to postpaid one and the bills were shocking to me all the charges were added which I was never ever been told by the customer care executives or the agents. I asked to roll back my connection to prepaid they answer its possible only after three bills, I was not in position to change my number so I had to bear it.

In june 2005 Idea launched special plan for govt. employees in delhi it was Rs. 900.00 for 2 years free CLIP and Roaming . So I asked my brother who is a govt. employee take take a connection as it would be helpful to me as I have to travel a lot for my business. He did so. In month of August 2005 I was on a business trip to Bihar for a week in between Idea stopped bared my services without any prior notice becouse my unbilled amount was 800.00 which was over than so called there credit limit of Rs. 500.00 which they never mention to any client at the time of providing connection, and I was completely out of business, I had a loss of more than lakh.
