Idea is one of the respected mobile operator but there is a problem .
from my sim I cant send any SMS I want to upgrage my sim to 3g to 4g and not the sim requires to send sms but from my sim I cant send any SMS plz solve the problem .
the customer care service is really bad always connection problem in half way to the call to the coustmer care service the call gets disconnected . plz help if can.
