I was an idea network fan.I have been using it since 8 years in Maharashtra Pune.I used to get network in moving train as well, whenever I travel but now since a year, I was seeing the decline.I reported to them 10 months ago.They called up and said we are working on it and it will improve.They are putting up more towers but believe me, now I always have one small signal antennae on my phone mostly amd many of my contacts tell me , that my phone was not reachable.Totally disappointed.Their merger is been proving negative for consumers.I will look up for a switch over and my family too.I was totally a idea fan.
