I have been using Idea since 2006. First it was prepaid, now postpaid. As I always choose to live a bit offbeat, away from crowd, so at such places, even on tours, connectivity looses but that’s not the case with Idea. Initially their charges were high.
But as a postpaid customer now I feel reasonable compared to others. To note is Idea is not so flexible like others in providing value added packs/internet. But if you crave for constant coverage then Idea is good. Their service comes at price, that’s for sure. And bill payment for Idea connectivity is easy online.
