I paid for IDEA cable internet connection. The salesperson(Ganesh) fled with the money and now is no longer responding. You get cheated from the very beginning so do not use this product.
I suggest you to not believe on this anymore. I am getting frustrated because of that. I asked them to refund my money and documents so I can go for another operator but still they are not responding.
