My Friend Rashmi, had given interview in Idea Cellular, Blr. She finished all rounds of interview. When it came for background check, Idea should follow norms by contacting her manager or HR. She worked in XXXXXXXX Company.
The recruiting Manager did a personal background check i.e. he reached his relative who was in same as manager to get feedback about her.
Rashmi never reported to this person and hardly knew her. Taking this as feedback, She was Rejected for the offer. Idea didn't a basic common sense of reaching out to HR of her company. This is so Disgusting. Shame on You IDEA. its not of personal vendatta, but your immoral way of treating candidate. Please think before apply job for this.
