What I've Observed About IDEA As Employer. Review on Idea Cellular Ltd

This is going to be for Call Center Executives one of my friend was working there he is senior than me but unfortunately he has only 1 degree and that too BA English Hons. So its unlikely for him to get a good position in technology company. So I am going to share his real experience in Idea being a Call Center Executive and later on TL short for Team Leader.

The work environment is like a Burger full of people, Very painful to work 8 hours

Plenty of uneducated clients abusing, Listening to them.

Pay Band is a joke in Idea for junior post holders.

Around -8000 to 12000(Very less) especially in Metro Cities like Greater Noida or Delhi

Career growth is none. you will stay stick and keep working what you are doing.

Promotions does not occur especially for jr. post holders.

So my verdict is NO.

I guess Civil Service is better. All exams are job oriented

Be prepared and you will get a job

Now 7th pay comission has annouced so its likely increase in civil services or other govt. jobs.
