I wish to share pathetic experience of my father who is a senior citizen. My father had an Idea pre paid connectivity in Kolkata - 847*560. He had 21 GB data which was valid till 19th Oct'18. On 18th Oct'18 he recharged with 250 MB data because he already had a lot of rollover data. But to his surprise he found that from 20th Oct'18 all 21 GB data was removed from his account and it was showing only some 250 MB data. My father called all possible numbers possible in vain. The only answer we got is no data was deducted from main balance. This is such a blatant lie and ugly strategy of idea to force its customers to buy more data. Initially my father was recharging 1 GB every month, as he gradually reduced the usage to 500 MB and then to 250 MB, idea did this. I am sure this is done with many more customers. So please have screenshot of your data balance everyday and avoid idea.
