Worst possible service offered by this company. They will find unique ways each time to deduct balance under some pretext. Despite of purchasing 3G data pack, these cheaters deduct money from talk time for internet usage, happened thrice.
If you call their customer service and are lucky enough to talk to a customer service rep, they will assure that the error will be rectified within 24 hours, those 24 hour resolution was promised to me for 5 continuous days.
Bottom Line: Never get their service, most unprofessional company after Enron.
