Idea is very nice operator.its counting in top 3 telecom operators because of its provide very nice mobile coverage and its covered most probable location,so any location you can get strong coverage.
Idea have large users so its very strong operator and good stability so job security is obviously high.
Telecom company get profit based on more and more users,so obviously more users company get more profit and share more salary and benefits to employee.
Work environment is good and CEO is also very hardworking so company get the growth.
idea have good coverage for all location but negative point as per customers is, idea keep all users under observation for recharge and idea user required to Recharge with minimum of Rs.200 between 6 month, if not then user has been blocked/terminated.
