IDEA!! WORST NETWORK PROVIDER EVER!!
I activate 15 days internet, they simply drain my balance everynight.. other times it shows " the data usage is so and so and charged 0.00." I call customer care, they bore me with the IDEA music. No one picking up.
If at all they pick up, they ll say " sir for this service u call this number - the game goes on and on till me getin frustrated.
So using number PORTABILITY I changed to Docomo. it takes 7 days to take effect.. so now IDEA is squeezing me wichever way possible, , they started charging for sms, call charges more, and wat more. they pulled the plug two days early and my network shows " no service".
AN IDEA CAN DEFINITELY CHANGE YOUR LIFE... I EXPERIENCED IT.
