I took Idea 4G wifi hotspot just a week back and I didn't even use the service even for a week and they generated a bill for entire month close to 900 RS.Nobody would pay 900 rs without using the service even for that one week. When I called customer care they say that even if your connection is one day old they will charge it for entire month. I haven't seen any service provider generating bill like this.When I asked why you didn't tell this, for that they say I should be asking for it only then they will tell. This is real frustration when you have to pay the entire month bill even if your connection is one day old.


I am new to Idea and this is the first time ever I have been using any IDEA product and hoping for a good experience but it turned out to be worst than any other service providers experience.Out of frustration I wanted to cancel my connection even for that they don't allow and ask me to wait for a month and clear all dues only then they will take the cancellation request and top of it the executives are so arrogant.


This is worst ever service and billing system so beware of this'IDEA' their idea is to just make people fool and take the money un-necessarily so beware of this worst company.
