I have used IDBI services and products from last 3+ years. But I never ever have any problem or issue to complain to Idbi bank. I have my salaried a/c in the kirti nagar branch.
I used netbanking and mobile banking services till date. Idbi bank is a very good bank in the banking sector.

#Add no. of benificiary on the same day.
Transfer amount using Neft service without any charges.
#Very secure. Asked for OTP for everytime you transact.
#Visa Password option also available that some banks dont have.
#Offered many products and services to their customers.
#very good customer support.
