The website is not at all trust worthy
Here is my personal experience on the website
I ordered an coffee machine from the website
Purchase date 8th oct
Order id : G638368376
Expected delivery date 2nd nov
They do not have the option for cash on delivery so I have to make the payment by debit card.
First of all the expected delivery is very much late and there is a customer risk as the payment is taken in advance.
The product was not delivered on 2nd nov
I tried to contact them by their contact support but the number that was provided didnt respond.
Then I used their mail id to mail them my issue but no reply came from them.
Lost the hope of receiving the product.
Then suddenly after an week a reply came from their side. They said that the product is not in their stock so that they could not deliver it to me. So I opted for refund but they said that they do not have the return policy.
They will put the amount in my wallet and I have to shop other products from it.
This is the kind of cheating they do to their customers.
