I am using ICICI Products for last 2.5 years and I am very much satisfied with their service. I also started Direct account and playing with shares online.So far I have great experience on that. I don't care about brokerage and all since I am forecasting shares on money control and buying/selling on Direct, so I don't have any loss yet.
They are sending emails daily. I don't care some ad-on product they proposed to buy. I will do only what I want. I am also getting call from demat adviser. I always says NO if I don't want any thing.
