ICICIDirect customer service is the worst among all.Off late they do not take the request properly, and if you send them at mail , they will try to manupulate and change the context , thinking if customer is fool.Mutual funds with NFO tags never gets there NAV updated, site is really patetic in performance, off late it is sometimes in maintaince on trading days too :-) and they take the highest margin when trading in shares, I am shifting to some other organization.
