I hold ICICI securities online trading and demat account for a little over 2 years. Thus, I am qualified enough to provide feedback.
When we trade, these people are more than ready to take brokerage, but when they have to provide a service(per se, an address change) you aren't their customer.
They are ready to take commission for instruments like NPS. But, when there are queries, I had to complain all the way to prime minister's office for these idiots to start working.
I am surprised how these idiots are still in business.
