When sensex is falling you want to sell ur shares and get out of the market, then the website starts failing.....You just look ur money is evaporating and you cant do anything because this bloody icicidirect website not working...You cant just get into the website........and calling there customerservice is a night mare....You feel frustrated and cheated with this Frequent
