I had invested in a policy of ICICI Prudential life insurance. I am here to share my worst experience with ICICI PLI.
Before investing I must say EXPENDITURE they talk very politely and friendly but after Selling any policy they totally ignore us.
From there huge range of plans, I purchase 2year plan and invested around 40k result is 50 percent plus net loss . Even the premium size is too high compare to others. The worst part they automatically deducts premium amount WITHOUT informing. At least they can txt sms or call.
Customer care executives are too bad. Slow reply and misguidance. For there incentive TARGET salesman cheat others.
